Honda Cars India has opened bookings for the Elevate facelift at a token amount of Rs 21,000 across its dealership network. The SUV is set to launch in India on 6 October 2026. Along with the booking announcement, Honda has released a teaser showing some of the facelift's new exterior and interior design elements. The powertrain is expected to remain largely unchanged from the outgoing model.

The teaser shows a reworked front fascia with a more aggressive gloss-black grille featuring honeycomb detailing and a connected light bar. Similar to the changes made to the City earlier this year, the Honda logo has been moved to the top of the bonnet, away from the grille.

The existing bi-projector LED headlamps with eyebrow-style LED DRLs appear to remain unchanged. However, the bumper gets some updates, including a new silver skid plate. At the rear, the facelift gets a proper connected LED tail lamp with an illuminated centre section. This replaces the dummy strip seen on the current Elevate.

Inside, Honda is expected to add an updated 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, new upholstery, a premium sound system, ventilated front seats, a power-adjustable driver seat and more. The teaser also shows a slimmer central AC vent design, while some other dashboard tweaks are expected as well.

Features likely to continue from the current model include wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a semi-digital instrument cluster, a rear centre foldable armrest with cupholders, a single-pane sunroof, automatic climate control, automatic folding door mirrors and ambient lighting.

On the safety front, the facelift is expected to remain largely unchanged, apart from the addition of front parking sensors. The current Elevate already gets 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, hill hold assist, a Level 2 ADAS suite, rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera and a blind-view monitor. It also gets features such as an assistant sunvisor vanity mirror illumination.
