Mahindra has released a new teaser for the Scorpio N pickup, confirming its debut on August 14, 2026. The teaser, which says "Something bigger is on its way. Born for a Bigger World. 14.08.26", gives a closer look at the production version of the pickup. It is based on the 2023 Global Pik Up concept and is one of Mahindra's most awaited upcoming models.
The Scorpio N pickup will be revealed alongside the new BE 6 Sporteq, making Mahindra's Independence Day event a major product showcase this year. The company has used the occasion in the past to reveal new products, and the upcoming event will continue that trend.
Mahindra Scorpio N pickup teased — production design revealed

The teaser shows parts of the Scorpio N pickup's exterior and interior, with more details expected to be revealed at the official debut. The design stays close to the Global Pik Up concept, while the production version gets a more finished look and several premium features.

The teaser shows a double-cab version, while Mahindra is also expected to offer a single-cab version for commercial buyers. The front gets a new design with a large upright grille carrying Mahindra's Twin Peaks logo, slim all-LED headlamps and distinctive LED daytime running lights. At the rear, the pickup gets vertically stacked LED tail lamps and Mahindra lettering across the tailgate.
New alloy wheels are also visible in the teaser. The side profile follows the proportions of a lifestyle pickup, with a large cargo bed placed behind the passenger cabin.

Mahindra Scorpio N pickup cabin features
Mahindra has not revealed the full cabin yet, but the teaser gives a few small clues about the interior. The footage shows illuminated buttons and subtle lighting on the dashboard. The Scorpio N pickup is expected to get a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a new multifunction steering wheel.

Other expected features include a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, ventilated and powered front seats, and driver drowsiness detection. Safety features could include multiple airbags, TPMS, ABS, parking sensors and Level 2 ADAS. Most of these features are expected to be carried over from the updated Scorpio N, but the final list will be confirmed at the launch.

Mahindra Scorpio N pickup expected powertrain
Mahindra has not shared the engine and gearbox details yet. However, the Scorpio N pickup is expected to use the same 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine as the Scorpio N SUV, paired with 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox options. The latest teaser also shows a 4WD system, confirming that four-wheel drive will be available on the pickup.

A petrol engine could also be introduced but the diesel engine is more likely to be the main option at launch, especially given the pickup's intended use in both domestic and international markets.
