Mahindra has finally pulled the covers off the XUV 7XO with prices starting at Rs 13.66 lakh and going all the way up to Rs 24.92 lakh. These ex-showroom prices, however, are valid only for the first 40,000 units of the SUV.
A lot has changed this time around. The design has been refreshed and looks more modern, some trim names have been revised while a few familiar ones continue and the cabin now feels more premium with upgraded features and tech. That said, what sits under the hood remains largely familiar with the same set of engine options carried over from before.

Mahindra XUV 7XO design — What's new?
The Mahindra XUV 7XO exterior retains some of its familiar character but the updates are easy to spot. The grille has been revised and now features the signature piano black grille with jewel-like talon accents. The Mahindra logo sits prominently at the centre.
The headlamp layout is similar to before but the overall look feels sharper. This is mainly due to the new C-shaped LED DRLs, which stand out more clearly. Within this C-shaped DRL border sits the Bi-LED headlamp setup.
The lower bumper is now more visible. Just above the underbody skid plate, the exposed ice-cube fog and cornering lamps. At the rear, the taillight shape remains familiar. However, the design has been upgraded with diamond-inspired led taillamps that look more premium than before.
Completing the look are the new 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, piano black accents on the wheel arch cladding and the smart door handles
Mahindra 7XO interior & features
The Mahindra XUV 7XO’s interior immediately recalls its EV sibling, the XEV 9E. Both share a similar two-spoke steering wheel, matching AC vent shapes, and a familiar layout on the side doors, including the placement of switches, toggles, and handles.
On the tech front, the 7XO features triple 12.29-inch HD screens, Alexa built-in with ChatGPT, front and rear ventilated seats, dual-zone fully automatic climate control, glass panoramic sunroof, multizone ambient lighting, front and rear wireless chargers, 6-way co-driver power seat, 4-way power boss mode, tire position display, 540-degree camera with digital video recording, electronic stability control, TCS, hill hold assist, ISOFIX, and level 2 ADAS with SENSE+, among others.
It also gets first-in-segment features like a 16-speaker Dolby Atmos system and IntelliControl.

The Mahindra 7XO continues with the familiar engine lineup. It is offered with the 2.0L turbo petrol engine and the tried-and-tested 2.2L diesel engine. Both options are available with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox.

The Mahindra XUV 7XO price for the automatic transmission is Rs 1.45 lakh higher than the manual. Opting for the automatic AWD pushes the premium to Rs 2.45 lakh over the manual.
