Tata Motors isn’t holding back in 2025. With the bold “Delete Impossible” tagline, the new Tata Harrier EV arrives with serious intent. Built on the advanced acti.ev architecture—shared with the Punch EV, Curvv EV, and the upcoming Sierra EV—this electric SUV is ready to give a fierce battle to its rivals in the market.

The lineup of 2025 Tata Harrier EV variants includes Adventure, Adventure S, Fearless+, Empowered, and Empowered QWD. As you move up the trim ladder, you get more features, better tech, and stronger road presence. 2025 Tata Harrier EV variants & prices

The Tata Harrier EV price starts at Rs 21.49 lakh and goes up to Rs 27.49 lakh (ex-showroom). However, this isn’t the complete Harrier EV full price list just yet. So far, Tata Motors has only announced the introductory prices for the RWD drivetrain variants in India. Meanwhile, the Tata Harrier AWD price is set to be unveiled on 27th June 2025, rounding off the complete pricing details.

Tata Harrier EV variants — Battery, range, power, & more

The 2025 Tata Harrier EV comes with two battery pack options: 65kWh and 75kWh. The 65kWh version is available only with RWD, while the larger 75kWh battery can be had with both RWD and AWD drivetrain options, giving buyers more choice based on their driving needs. 

What really stands out is Tata’s offer of a lifetime battery warranty with unlimited kilometres for the first registered owner. From the second registration onward, the battery is covered for 10 years or 2 lakh km, whichever comes first. 

As for the Tata Harrier range, the ARAI-certified numbers are impressive: 538 km with the 65kWh AWD, 627 km with the 75kWh RWD, and 622 km with the 75kWh AWD. To suit different driving moods, the Harrier EV comes with Eco, City, and Sport modes, while the AWD Harrier adds a special Boost mode for extra power when you want that quick burst of performance.

The Tata Harrier EV variants come packed with features—inside, outside, and on the safety front. Tata Harrier EV features are already well-loaded all the way up to the Empowered RWD trim. But stepping up to the Tata Harrier EV Empowered AWD brings even more to the table. In addition to everything from the previous variants, it adds some serious elements—like the QWD Dual Motor setup, Boost Mode, Off-Road Assist, and a set of 6 Terrain Modes including Normal, Snow/Grass, Mud-Ruts, Sand, Rock Crawl, and Custom.

2025 Tata Harrier EV colour options

The Tata Harrier EV colour options in the Adventure trim are fairly limited, with just two shades on offer: Pristine White and Pure Grey. The same goes for the Harrier EV Fearless variants, which also come in only Pristine White and Pure Grey. The Empowered trim, however, gets more variety with Nainital Nocturne, Empowered Oxide, Pristine White, and Pure Grey.

As for the Tata Harrier interior colour options, the Adventure trim gets a black dashboard with brown lower accents and a light grey roof. The Fearless variant goes with a full black interior theme for a bold feel. Meanwhile, the Adventure trim combines a black upper dashboard with brown highlights around the legroom area and a light grey roof.

2025 Tata Harrier EV dimensions

The Tata Harrier dimensions measure 4607mm in length, 2132mm in width, and 1740mm in height, with a generous wheelbase of 2741mm. It also comes with a water wading capacity of 600mm, making it well-prepared. In terms of storage, the Harrier EV boot space offers a roomy 502 litres, while the frunk adds extra practicality—67 litres in the RWD trims and 35 litres in the AWD variants.
