The latest spy shots hint at a new connected lightbar at the rear, going in-line with modern trends. The updated model is also expected to get a new set of headlights, new bumpers, and a new design for the wheels. The dimensions of the car are unlikely to see any change.

Speaking of the upcoming Tata Punch facelift interior, we expect the carmaker to give the dashboard design a refresh. It might get Tata’s new steering wheel with the illuminated logo, which is already available on the Tata Punch.ev. A few feature additions are also likely to be seen, though the car already packs in a decent set.

There’s no change expected on the powertrain front. The current model gets a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine that can be had with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT. This petrol motor puts out 88PS of maximum power and 115Nm of peak torque. There’s also the option of a factory-fitted CNG kit with select Tata Punch manual variants.

Tata Punch facelift 2025 launch date in India

 

The exact launch date of the facelifted car is yet to be revealed by the carmaker, though we expect the car to be launched by the end of this year. The current Tata Punch price in India starts at Rs 6.19 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Expect the facelifted model to carry a premium of a few thousand rupees.
