Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq now available from Rs 11.45 lakh under BaaS — Full list revealed

Mahindra has released the complete variant-wise pricing for the BE 6 Sporteq under its Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) programme. It starts at Rs 11.45 lakh and goes up to Rs 16.95 lakh. In Mahindra's electric SUV lineup, BE 6 Sporteq is the first model to have this ownership model before the company extended it to the XEV 9S and XEV 9e as well.

Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq BaaS price list

Under the BaaS plan, Mahindra separates the cost of the vehicle and battery. This lets buyers pay a lower upfront price, while the battery cost is paid separately based on usage. Here is the variant-wise BaaS pricing for the BE 6 Sporteq.

All prices are ex-showroom and cover the vehicle under the BaaS plan. They do not include the home charger, installation, road tax, insurance, TCS or other charges. Buyers also have to pay battery financing at an effective cost of Rs 3.75 per km.

Under BaaS, the One and Two variants are available only with the 59kWh battery. The Three variant can be bought with either the 59kWh or 70kWh battery at the same BaaS price. From the Three+ variant, Mahindra offers the larger 70kWh and 79kWh batteries. The Four, FE Four and Launch Edition all have the same BaaS price of Rs 16.95 lakh, despite having different features and trim levels.

Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq prices without BaaS

The Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq is available with different battery options depending on the variant. The One and Two variants get the 59kWh battery, while the Three gets the 70kWh battery. The Three+ is available with both 70kWh and 79kWh battery options.

The Four, Launch Edition, FE and FE Four variants are offered with the 79kWh battery. Prices start at Rs 19.45 lakh for the One variant and go up to Rs 26.95 lakh for the Four, Launch Edition and FE Four.

These are the regular ex-showroom prices without the BaaS option.

Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq dimensions

The BE 6 Sporteq is built on Mahindra's INGLO platform and measures 4,371mm in length, 1,907mm in width and 1,627mm in height, with a 2,775mm wheelbase. It's a strict five-seater, and offers 455 litres of boot space along with a 45-litre front trunk (frunk) for additional storage.

Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq battery, range, & charging

The Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq is available with 59kWh, 70kWh and 79kWh battery options, depending on the variant. It gets a rear-wheel-drive setup and produces up to 210kW with the largest battery. The motor produces 360Nm of torque.

The One and Two variants use the 59kWh battery, while the Three is available with 59kWh or 70kWh. The FE variant gets the 79kWh battery. Higher variants offer the larger 70kWh and 79kWh battery options. The claimed MIDC range stands at 573km with the 59kWh battery, 651km with the 70kWh battery and 708km with the 79kWh battery.

It gets four levels of adjustable regenerative braking, including an Auto setting, along with single-pedal driving. Drive modes include Default, Range, Everyday, Race, Custom and Snow. For charging, the BE 6 Sporteq supports 13A portable charging and 11.2kW or 7.2kW wall chargers. AC charging from 0 to 100% takes around 6 to 11.7 hours, depending on the battery and charger. DC fast charging from 20 to 80% takes around 20 minutes across all three battery options.
