Mahindra has released the first official teaser for the upcoming BE 6 Sporteq, ahead of its full reveal on August 15, 2026. The new variant will get a triple-screen dashboard, while the existing 59kWh and 79kWh battery options are expected to remain unchanged. Once launched, the BE 6 Sporteq will continue to compete with the Tata Sierra EV, Hyundai Creta Electric and other premium electric SUVs in India.

The upcoming Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq's biggest update is the addition of a 12.3-inch passenger display. This takes the BE 6's existing dual 12.3-inch setup, which includes the digital instrument cluster and infotainment screen, to a three-screen layout.

The passenger screen is similar to the setup already seen on Mahindra's larger electric SUVs. The feature is also becoming more common in the premium EV segment, with the Tata Sierra EV offering a similar triple-screen layout. The teaser also shows the BE 6 Sporteq in a matte black exterior shade. The cabin gets a brown theme with red LED accents across the dashboard and trim.

Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq features

The Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq is also expected to retain the feature-rich equipment list of the standard model. This includes LED lighting, a head-up display, a 16-speaker audio system, panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, automatic climate control, auto parking, a 360-degree camera and a driver drowsiness detection system.
