Mercedes-Benz AMG G-Class gets the steepest hike
The Mercedes-AMG G-Class received the largest single price increase in this revision, going up by Rs 7.4 lakh. It is now priced at Rs 3.74 crore (ex-showroom). The G-Class, in its AMG specification, has always been a niche proposition in India, attracting buyers for its combination of extreme off-road capability and outright performance. At Rs 3.74 crore, it remains one of the most expensive production SUVs available in the country.

Mercedes-Benz Maybach, S-Class, and AMG revisions
The Maybach SL 680 also sees a significant revision, with a Rs 5 lakh increase taking it to Rs 4.30 crore. The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class goes up by Rs 2.5 lakh, while the standard S-Class becomes Rs 3.6 lakh more expensive. Among the AMG variants, the AMG CLE is up Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 1.32 crore, and the CLE Cabriolet adds Rs 2.1 lakh to reach Rs 1.15 crore. The Maybach EQS SUV is now more expensive by Rs 2 lakh regardless of variant.
Mercedes-Benz SUV range revisions
Among the standard SUV lineup, the GLE sees the largest increase of Rs 2 lakh, followed by the GLC at Rs 1.5 lakh. The GLA, which serves as the most accessible entry point into the Mercedes-Benz SUV range, has been increased by Rs 1.2 lakh. While these are among the more modest absolute increases in the revision, they do affect a broader base of buyers who are already navigating a premium price bracket.

Mercedes-Benz price hike takes immediate effect

The revised prices are effective immediately, meaning there is no window to buy at the old price for most buyers who have not already locked in a booking. For those in the process of evaluating a Mercedes-Benz purchase, the revised figures should now be factored into budget planning. The on-road price, which includes road tax, registration, TCS, and insurance, will be higher than the ex-showroom figures listed above and will vary by state.
