MG Windsor EV Pro priced hiked by Rs 60,000 — 8,000 bookings in 24 hours

The MG Windsor EV Pro price has been hiked within a week from its first launch, owing to the overwhelming response from the market. The 2025 MG Windsor EV Pro price has been hiked by Rs 60,000, after the achievement of 8,000 bookings. Read on to know more about the MG Windsor EV Pro and its introductory price offer.

MG Windsor EV Pro price hiked

MG Motor India launched the Windsor EV Pro at an introductory price of Rs 17.50 lakh (ex-showroom), which was only applicable for the initial 8,000 bookings made. Since the Windsor EV Pro bookings have already crossed the 8,000 mark, its price has now bumped up to Rs 18.10 lakh (ex-showroom), thereby making it costlier by Rs 60,000 than before. It is worth mentioning that the initial 8,000 customers will avail the introductory price offer of Rs 17.50 lakh (ex-showroom).

Furthermore, the increase in price of Rs 60,000 also affects the BaaS service price. The Windsor EV Pro price with the BaaS program was set at Rs 12.50 lakh but is now bumped up to Rs 13.10 lakh (ex-showroom) whereas the Rs 4.5/km cost remains the same as before.

MG Windsor Pro range and battery pack

The Windsor EV Pro comes with a larger 52.9kWh battery pack that comes with prismatic cells. Claimed MG Windsor EV Pro range as per MIDC (Part I + Part II) stands at 449 kilometres, and the MG Windsor EV Pro real life range should be somewhere in the range of 390-420 kilometres. MG Windsor EV Pro features

In addition to the features that are offered on the MG Windsor EV Essence variant, the Pro gets a powered tailgate, Level-2 ADAS functionalities such as forward collision warning and adaptive cruise control, as well as V2V and V2L capabilities. The interior comes in a dual-tone white and black theme. Other than these, the Windsor EV continues to offer features such as fixed glass roof, wireless connectivity, front ventilated seats and more.
