Tata Altroz gets dearer by up to Rs 13,000 — Full price list inside

Tata Motors has revised prices of the Altroz by up to Rs 13,000, while a few base variants continue at their previous prices. The hike is part of a broader price revision across the company's ICE and electric vehicle lineup, which Tata says is due to rising input costs and inflation. 

Tata Altroz petrol variants become costlier — Check MT, AMT and DCT prices

The petrol lineup of the Altroz spans manual, AMT and DCT transmission options, and the price movement varies accordingly. The base Smart trim with a manual gearbox sees no change, remaining at Rs 6.30 lakh. Moving up, the Pure variant is costlier by Rs 5,000 at Rs 7.15 lakh, while the Pure S, Creative, Creative S and Accomplished S variants have each gone up by Rs 3,000.

On the AMT side, the Pure variant rises by Rs 5,000 to Rs 7.70 lakh, while the Pure S, Creative and Creative S AMT variants each see a Rs 3,000 increase. The DCT-equipped variants, namely Creative S, Accomplished S and Accomplished Plus S, have each received a Rs 3,000 hike, taking their prices to Rs 9.55 lakh, Rs 10.40 lakh and Rs 10.65 lakh respectively.

Tata Altroz diesel variant-wise price hike

The diesel lineup of the Altroz is limited to three variants, all with manual transmission, and these have received some of the larger increases in the range. The Pure diesel variant is now priced at Rs 8.25 lakh, up by Rs 10,000, the highest hike on any single Altroz diesel variant. The Creative S and Accomplished S diesel variants have each gone up by Rs 8,000, taking their prices to Rs 9.50 lakh and Rs 10.35 lakh.

Tata Altroz CNG prices after the latest revision

The CNG variants of the Altroz have seen the most varied price movement in the entire lineup, ranging from no change at all to the highest hike across the whole Altroz range. The base Smart CNG manual variant remains unchanged at Rs 7.30 lakh. Moving up, the Pure and Pure S CNG variants have each gone up by Rs 5,000 and Rs 3,000 respectively, while the Creative CNG variant is up by Rs 3,000.

The Creative S CNG manual variant stands out with a price increase of Rs 13,000, the single largest hike across the entire Altroz lineup, taking its price to Rs 9.40 lakh. The Accomplished S CNG variant, meanwhile, has gone up by a comparatively modest Rs 3,000 to Rs 10.25 lakh.

On the AMT side, the Pure and Pure S CNG AMT variants remain unchanged in price. The Creative CNG AMT variant is up by Rs 3,000, while the Creative S CNG AMT variant mirrors the manual version with a steep Rs 13,000 hike, taking it to Rs 9.95 lakh. The range-topping Accomplished S CNG AMT variant rises by Rs 3,000 to Rs 10.80 lakh.
