The much-anticipated Tata Harrier EV India launch is just around the corner as the carmaker has revealed the official date for the event. The Harrier EV will sit at the top of the lineup for the Indian carmaker. Here are the top things to expect from the upcoming Tata Harrier EV launch in India.
Upcoming Tata Harrier EV India launch

Tata will launch the Harrier electric SUV on June 3, 2025, which is about two weeks from now. The Harrier EV will join the extensive lineup of electric Tata cars in India that include the Tiago EV, Tigor EV, Nexon EV, Punch EV, and Curvv EV.
Expected Tata Harrier EV price in India

The upcoming Tata Harrier electric price in India is expected to start somewhere around Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom). It will compete with other electric SUVs in India like the Mahindra XEV 9e, Mahindra BE 6, Hyundai Creta Electric, MG ZS EV, and the upcoming Maruti Suzuki e Vitara.
2025 Tata Harrier EV battery and motor specs
While Tata is yet to reveal actual specifications of the Harrier EV, it is expected to come in both RWD and AWD configurations. The Tata Harrier EV AWD variants will get a peak torque output of 500Nm. The expected claimed Tata Harrier EV range will be northwards of 500 kilometres, and it is likely to get a bigger battery pack than that on the Tata Curvv EV.

Tata Harrier electric design

Similar to Tata’s other ICE-EV duos, the Harrier EV won’t look drastically different from the petrol variants. It gets aero alloy wheels and a closed front grille apart from new headlights and taillights, which are also expected to make their way to the Tata Harrier facelift, whenever it arrives.

New Tata Harrier EV interior and features

The interior isn’t likely to be very different from the ICE SUV either. Expected Tata Harrier EV features include a four-spoke steering wheel with the illuminated Tata logo, wireless smartphone connectivity, 360-degree cameras, ADAS, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, powered driver's seat with memory function, and more.
