Maruti Grand Vitara Phantom Blaq Edition — What’s new?
The Grand Vitara Phantom Blaq edition is based on the SUV’s top-spec Alpha+ variant specced with the strong hybrid powertrain. Speaking of the changes on the outside, the obvious one is the matte black colour finish that’s further complimented with gloss black elements. The gloss black treatment can be seen on the headlight surrounds, radiator grille, lower bumper, 17-inch alloy wheels, side mirrors, roof rails and side skirting.

On the inside, the Phantom Blaq edition carries over the all-black dashboard of the Grand Vitara and compliments it with black leatherette seats. The dashboard also gets accenting in champagne gold colour scheme to uplift its interior ambience. Mechanically, the Grand Vitara Phantom Blaq is identical to the standard model whereas the pricing is still under the wraps.
2025 Maruti Grand Vitara features
Coming to the features, Maruti Suzuki recently introduced a few new features to the updated 2025 Grand Vitara, bringing in more value than the outgoing model. Speaking of these new features, the 2025 Grand Vitara offers 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, rear doors sunshade, tyre pressure monitoring system, ambient lighting, 15W Type-C charging ports, LED reading lights, AQI display and an updated speedometer for enhanced visibility.

2025 Maruti Grand Vitara engine options
While the Grand Vitara Phantom Blaq edition comes only in the strong hybrid powertrain, its lower variants offer a slew of engine options. continues with the same set of engine options. These engine options include a 1.5-litre normal petrol with 5-speed manual/6-speed auto, a 1.5-litre petrol-CNG with 5-speed manual and the 1.5-litre petrol-AWD with 6-speed auto.
