The Tata Harrier AWD price has been revealed in India, starting at Rs 28.99 lakh. The AWD drivetrain is offered exclusively in the top-end Empowered variant. Meanwhile, the Tata Harrier EV RWD price range begins at Rs 21.49 lakh, as announced earlier. 2025 Tata Harrier EV AWD price announced

In the current trim list, there are only two Tata Harrier EV AWD variants. The first is the Empowered QWD (AWD) 75, priced at Rs 28.99 lakh. The second is the Empowered QWD 75 ACFC, priced at Rs 29.48 lakh. For those unfamiliar, ACFC refers to an AC fast charger, allowing for quicker charging at home.
Both variants sit at the top end of the Harrier EV lineup, with the only difference being the inclusion of fast charging in the latter—creating a price gap of Rs 49,000. Currently, the Tata Harrier EV price range is introductory. Tata is expected to increase prices slightly in the coming months, so early buyers could enjoy the best value.

The Tata Harrier RWD variant prices were announced well before the AWD lineup, starting at Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and going up to Rs 27.98 lakh (ex-showroom). The AWD trims sit just above this range.
When comparing the Harrier EV Empowered RWD prices with the Empowered AWD variants, there’s a consistent Rs 1.50 lakh gap—whether for the standard trims or those equipped with the AC Fast Charger.

The Tata Harrier EV is available with two battery pack choices — a smaller 65kWh and a larger 75kWh. The AWD variant gets a dual-motor setup delivering 504Nm of torque, while the RWD version with a single motor produces 315Nm. Tata claims it can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 6.3 seconds with boost mode.
As for the Harrier EV range, the 65kWh version offers a claimed 538km, while the 75kWh pack stretches that figure up to 627km on a full charge.
Tata Harrier EV booking & rivals
Tata Harrier EV bookings kick off on July 2nd, with deliveries expected to begin later that same month. In a competitive EV market, the Harrier EV goes head-to-head with rivals like the Mahindra XUV700, Mahindra BE 6, Mahindra XUV.e9, and BYD Atto 3.
In addition to these developments, Tata Motors is also gearing up to launch the Tata Harrier EV Dark Edition in the coming months, promising a striking and stylish new variant for this year.
