The Ertiga comes with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, with the option of a factory-fitted CNG kit too.

 

2. Mahindra Bolero

This rugged SUV from the Indian automaker achieved a sales number of 14,895 in the month of June 2024, reaching quite close to the Maruti Ertiga. It comes just with a 1.5-litre diesel engine and no petrol engine is currently on offer.

Mahindra sold a total of 12,307 units of the Scorpio, which includes both the Mahindra Scorpio N, as well as the Mahindra Scorpio Classic. The Scorpio nameplate has generated impressive returns for the manufacturer.
