Hyundai cars February 2025 sales

 

Hyundai Motor India registered total sales of 58,727 units in the month of February 2025, which included domestic sales of 47,727 units and export of 11,000 units in February 2025. While Hyundai has registered a YoY increase of 6.8% (export), the carmaker has registered a considerable dip in both domestic and international sales, when it comes to MoM comparison. Hyundai January 2025 sales stood at 54,003 unit domestic dispatches and  11,600 unit export dispatches, which are much higher than the numbers posted in February 2025.

Commenting on HMIL sales, Mr. Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer, Hyundai Motor India Limited said, “With a 6.8% YoY growth in export sales in February 2025, we are witnessing increasing global demand for our Made-in-India products, reflecting Hyundai’s strong acceptance worldwide. By optimizing exports, we will continue to reinforce HMIL’s position as a key export hub for Hyundai Motor Company. On the Domestic Sales front, despite geopolitical challenges, we remain optimistic that the proposed tax reforms in the Union Budget 2025 and improved liquidity will provide the much-needed demand boost to the market.”

 

Hyundai Creta, remains the best-seller

 

The Hyundai Creta, which happens to be the best-selling nameplate in India for the South Korean carmaker, performed its best-ever in the month of January 2025 and continues to be the best-seller. A part of January 2025 sales came from the latest introduction from Hyundai—the Creta Electric—which as the name suggests is a Creta powered by a battery pack. Hyundai sold 18,522 units of the Creta in January 2025, which includes the petrol, diesel, N Line and Electric model lines.
