Mahindra has increased the prices of the three-door Thar for July 2026, with hikes ranging from Rs 27,000 to Rs 37,000, depending on the variant, engine, and gearbox. Following the revision, Mahindra Thar prices now range from Rs 10.32 lakh to Rs 17.62 lakh (ex-showroom).

At the entry-level end of the Thar lineup, the 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine is paired exclusively with a manual gearbox and is offered on two variants: the base AXT 2WD hard top and the LXT 2WD hard top. The AXT variant, which serves as the most accessible entry point into the Thar range, has seen a Rs 32,500 hike. The LXT 2WD variant with the same 1.5-litre engine has gone up by a comparatively smaller Rs 29,500.
