On launch day, the carmaker revealed only the Tata Sierra introductory price, which starts at Rs 11.49 lakh ex-showroom. The 2026 Sierra comes in seven trims: Smart+, Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Adventure+, Accomplished, and Accomplished+. At the moment, prices for all variants except the top-tier Accomplished and Accomplished+ have been officially announced.

The entry-level Tata Sierra starts with the Smart+ variant, priced at Rs 11.49 lakh for the 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol. The diesel version of the same variant comes in at Rs 12.99 lakh with the 1.5L engine. The Smart+ isn’t offered with the turbo petrol, so if you want that, you will have to move up to a higher variant.

The new Sierra Pure price starts at Rs 12.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 15.99 lakh, depending on the engine you choose, between the 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol and the 1.5L diesel. Interestingly, the Sierra Pure diesel with a manual transmission and the 1.5L N/A petrol with the 7DCT are both priced at Rs 14.49 lakh.

Sitting a step above is the Tata Sierra Pure+. It offers the same engine options as the Sierra Pure, with prices ranging from Rs 14.49 lakh to Rs 17.49 lakh. Selective Pure+ variants are priced the same as the Pure trim but come with lower-spec gearboxes. The trade-off is worth it, though, because these variants pack in more features giving you better overall value.

The Tata Sierra Adventure comes with a 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine, available with either a manual gearbox or a DCA automatic. The manual variant is priced at Rs 15.29 lakh, while the automatic costs Rs 16.79 lakh. For those who prefer diesel, the Sierra Adventure offers a manual diesel variant at Rs 16.49 lakh.

If you’re looking for more power the turbo petrol option is available starting with the Sierra Adventure+ variant. Depending on the configuration, the N/A petrol and diesel models range between Rs 15.99 lakh and Rs 18.49 lakh. The Adventure+ turbo petrol, specifically, comes in at Rs 17.99 lakh.

The new Sierra comes with three engine options, a mix of familiar choices and something new. At the top is a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder T-GDI turbo-petrol, paired exclusively with a 6-speed automatic gearbox. Then there’s the tried-and-tested 1.5-litre diesel, which can be paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic. Finally, there’s a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine, available with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT.

 

On top of that, the Sierra gets the AWD drivetrain, marking the first time this feature is available on any of Tata's new-generation vehicles.
