It is worth mentioning that the aforementioned models are expected to be launched in the Indian market, as a media report published on V3Cars. Needless to say, the timeline of these models could change and so is the list of these models, with some add-ons and omissions based on market feasibility and other conditions.
Next-gen Hyundai Venue
The next-gen Hyundai Venue has already been caught testing on Indian roads on several occasions. We expect Hyundai India to take the wraps off the next-gen Venue in the coming months, followed by its launch around the festive season. The new-gen Venue is likely to feature a bolder design, drawing key inspiration from the Creta. We could also expect a slew of new features including a larger touchscreen infotainment system, more advanced ADAS system and a panoramic sunroof as well.

Hyundai Exter facelift
Hyundai launched the Exter back in 2023 in an attempt to disrupt the sales of the Tata Punch, well, that clearly has not happened yet. However, Hyundai could boost its onslaught with the Exter facelift, bringing in a fresher design and more features. The Exter has already received the dual-tank CNG update, a direct inspiration from the Punch. It could further receive new features such as ventilated seats, surround view camera and some form of advanced driving assistance system too.

Next-gen Hyundai i20
Having received a facelift in the year 2023, the i20 is on its way to receive a generation change. As per V3Cars, the next-gen Hyundai i20 is likely to be launched in the year 2027, along with its sportier sibling—the i20 N Line. Expect to witness a slew of design updates over the outgoing model along with a new set of features too. We do not expect to see any powertrain changes made to the new-gen i20. Hence, it is likely to continue with the same 1.2-litre petrol engine with manual and automatic in the standard form and 1.0-litre turbocharged engine with manual and DCT automatic in the N Line.

Next-gen Hyundai Creta
On to the Hyundai Creta—Hyundai’s best selling nameplate in the Indian market by a mile. Needless to say, the Creta moniker holds pivotal importance in the company's portfolio and is something that the carmaker would not want to go wrong with. As per the report, Hyundai will launch the next-gen Hyundai Creta in the year 2027, along with its hybrid iteration. The same powertrains would also be found in the next-gen Kia Seltos that is likely to be launched in 2026. Expect to see a plethora of changes on the new-gen Creta along with loads of new features too, some of which are likely to be segment-first.

Next-gen Hyundai Grand i10 and Aura
The year 2027 could also mark the arrival of the next-gen Grand i10, followed by the launch of its compact-sedan iteration—the Aura—in 2028. Hyundai last updated the Grand i10 with a facelift in 2023 and its next-gen model is said to be internally codenamed as Ai4. The next-gen Hyundai Grand i10 and Aura will continue to lock their horns with the Maruti Suzuki Swift and Dzire, respectively. We do not expect any changes in terms of powertrain options in both the Grand i10 and Aura.

Other niche models
Apart from the aforementioned models, Hyundai will also bring a few niche models—ICE and EV—to further reinforce its presence as a mass-market premium brand. Expected models under this list include the Ioniq 5 facelift, Ioniq 6, Staria MPV, Ni1i hybrid SUV, Ioniq 9 and the Palisade. While not the part of the list, we also expect Hyundai India to launch the Tucson facelift sometime in the year 2026.
