Renault has launched the 2026 Renault Kwid in India, with prices starting at Rs 4.53 lakh and going up to Rs 5.61 lakh (ex-showroom). Instead of a major update, the hatchback gets a few cosmetic changes, a simplified variant lineup, and revised prices. The Kwid is now available in just two trims, Evolution and Climber. Both are offered with either a manual or an AMT gearbox, bringing the total lineup down to four variants.

What has changed in the MY26 Renault Kwid

On the outside, the biggest change is Renault's new logo on the front grille, replacing the older diamond badge. The 2026 Kwid also gets new wheel covers for the 14-inch steel wheels, while the overall design, LED DRLs, and halogen headlamps remain unchanged.

On the safety front, the Kwid comes with ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), traction control, speed-sensing door locks, rear child locks, seat belt reminders for all passengers, and impact-sensing door unlock.
