

Kia Carens Clavis EV prices revised in June 2026 — Up to Rs 1,500 more across most variants

The Kia Carens Clavis EV, which brought Kia's electric lineup into more affordable territory, has received a small upward price revision for June 2026. The update is part of Kia India's mid-year price adjustment across the lineup and affects all twelve variants of the Clavis EV, though the magnitude of the change is minor throughout.

The standard range Clavis EV battery option is available in both 6-seat and 7-seat layouts across three trim levels.

The entry-level Standard Range variants of the Kia Carens Clavis EV have received a minor price revision this month. While the HTK+ and HTX trims are now dearer by Rs 1,500, the HTX (E) variants see a smaller increase of Rs 500. Despite the revision, the overall hike remains marginal across the range.
Following the update, Standard Range prices now span from Rs 18.00 lakh for the HTK+ to Rs 20.50 lakh for the HTX variants (ex-showroom).

The Kia Clavis EV Extended Range variants have also become slightly more expensive in June 2026. Most variants, including the HTX (E), HTX, GTX and HTX+ trims, register a uniform price hike of Rs 1,500. Meanwhile, the top-spec GTX+ and X-Line variants see a smaller increase of Rs 500.
With the latest revision, Extended Range prices now range from Rs 22.00 lakh for the HTX (E) variants to Rs 25.00 lakh for the GTX+ and X-Line trims (ex-showroom). The overall increase remains modest across the lineup.
Kia Carens Clavis EV battery and motor specs
The Clavis EV comes with the option of a 135PS and a 171PS electric motor. It gets the option of a 51.4kWh battery pack and a 42kWh battery pack, both taken from the Creta Electric. The claimed 0-100kmph time stands at 8.4 seconds with the larger battery. The ARAI-claimed Kia Clavis EV range stands at 404km with the 42kWh battery pack, and 490km with the 51.4kWh battery pack. It gets a 10%-80% charging time of 39 minutes using a 100kW DC fast charger. Home charging options include a 7.4kW and an 11kW AC charger.
