MG Hector gets more expensive in July 2026 with hikes ranging from Rs 30,800 to Rs 50,800

MG Hector prices have been updated for July 2026. While the entry-level Style variant continues at its existing price, all other variants have become costlier by up to Rs 50,800. Following the revision, the Hector is priced between Rs 11.99 lakh and Rs 19.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

 

MG Hector prices hiked across turbo-petrol manual variants

Among the MG Hector manual variants, only the base Style remains unchanged at Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The Select Pro, Smart Pro, and Sharp Pro have all received an identical price hike of Rs 50,800.

 

The biggest change is in the gap between the MG Hector Style and Select Pro variants. Earlier, the difference was Rs 2.30 lakh, but it has now widened to Rs 2.80 lakh. The gap between the Select Pro and Smart Pro, as well as the Smart Pro and Sharp Pro, continues to be Rs 1.00 lakh since all three variants received the same increase.

 

With this revision, the manual MG Hector lineup continues to start at Rs 11.99 lakh, while the top-spec Sharp Pro manual is now priced at Rs 17.49 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom).

MG Hector turbo-petrol CVT variants get a price hike

The MG Hector CVT lineup also gets a price revision, although the increase varies by variant. The Hector Smart Pro CVT sees the biggest hike of Rs 40,800, taking its price to Rs 16.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The Sharp Pro and range-topping Savvy Pro CVT are both costlier by Rs 30,800 and are now priced at Rs 18.59 lakh and Rs 19.49 lakh, respectively.

 

Unlike the MG Hector manual range, the price gaps between the CVT variants have changed slightly. The difference between the Smart Pro and Sharp Pro has narrowed from Rs 1.70 lakh to Rs 1.60 lakh, while the gap between the Sharp Pro and Savvy Pro remains unchanged at Rs 90,000. The Savvy Pro also continues to stay below the Rs 20 lakh mark despite the latest revision.
