MG Hector new price list released — Available in 5-seater, 6-seater & 7-seater
- 1MG Hector petrol & diesel prices have been slashed by up to Rs 1.42 lakh

The MG Hector new price list has been announced, with the 5-seater model receiving a price cut of up to Rs 1.42 lakh. Meanwhile, the prices of the 6-seater and 7-seater Hector Plus have also decreased by up to Rs 1.46 lakh each. With this update, the Hector now starts at Rs 14 lakh and ranges up to Rs 21.34 lakh.

Starting with the MG Hector base variant, the Style petrol 1.5L MT now costs Rs 14 lakh, down by Rs 49,000. The Hector Shine Pro petrol saw an even bigger drop, with prices falling by up to Rs 61,800. Other petrol trims—Select Pro, Smart Pro, Sharp Pro, Savvy Pro, Blackstorm, and Snowstorm—have all come down between Rs 57,800 and Rs 73,800.
MG Hector diesel models took an even bigger hit, with price cuts ranging from Rs 1,23,800 to Rs 1,42,800, making those models a pretty good deal right now.

The 6-seater MG Hector Plus now starts at Rs 16:05 lakh and goes up to Rs 21.34 lakh. The entry-level Hector Style 6 seater, which was earlier priced at Rs 17,19,800, is now available for Rs 16,05,000, a drop of over a lakh right from the base.
The Hector Smart Pro diesel gets one of the biggest cuts, now priced at Rs 18.85 lakh after a sharp Rs 1.34,800 reduction. Higher up the range, the Hector Sharp Pro diesel has also become more affordable, down Rs 22.02 lakh to Rs 20.55 lakh.
The petrol variants haven't been left behind either. The Hector Plus Sharp Pro petrol gets a price cut of up to Rs 72,800, while the Savvy Pro petrol has dropped by as much as Rs 75,800. Finally, both the MG Hector Plus Blackstorm and Snowstorm, equipped with the 2.0L diesel engine, are now priced at Rs 20.55 lakh following a significant Rs 1,46,800 slash.

The MG Hector Plus 7-seater prices have also been updated, and the petrol trims with the 1.5L engine have dropped by anywhere between Rs 59,800 and Rs 75,800. On the diesel side, the lineup—comprising Style, Select Pro, Smart Pro, Sharp Pro, Blackstorm, and Snowstorm —has received substantial cuts with prices dropping by up to Rs 1,46,800.

The MG Hector comes with two engine options: a 1.5L turbo petrol engine, which is paired with either a 6-speed manual or a CVT, and a 2.0L diesel engine, which is only available with a 6-speed manual transmission.
