MG ZS EV price cut by over Rs 6 lakh — New price list inside

In order to capitalise on the emerging interest in the EV segment, MG Motor India has slashed the prices of the ZS EV by close to 25%, making up for a very enticing deal in the electric SUV segment. MG is already leading the EV race with the Windsor EV, which recently clocked 27,000 sales. Read on to know more about the MG ZS EV price cut along with the new price list.

MG ZS EV gets a massive price cut

Take a look at the old vs new price list of the MG ZS EV:

As you can see in the table above, the base variant of the ZS EV—Executive—gets a price cut of Rs 99,000. However, the top-spec Essence Pro variant gets a price cut of Rs 6.14 lakh, bringing the price down from Rs 26.64 lakh to Rs 20.50 lakh ex-showroom, New Delhi. This price change brings the ZS EV in the territory of the Nexon EV, despite having a larger battery pack and size advantage.

Furthermore, reports suggest that multiple dealers have remaining stock of the model year 2024 and 2023 ZS EV SUVs, which could be availed with additional discount.
