Toyota Glanza facelift launched at Rs 6.99 lakh — new 3-cylinder engine, ADAS, & ventilated seats

Toyota has launched the Glanza facelift in India in five variants: E, S, G, V and the new V(O). Prices start at Rs 6.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated model gets a revised front design, new features and a new 1.2-litre, three-cylinder engine.
Toyota has announced prices for the petrol manual versions of all five variants. Prices for the AMT and CNG versions will be announced later. The Glanza is based on the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, which was recently updated.
New Toyota Glanza facelift price and variants
There are five Glanza facelift variants. The Glanza facelift price starts at Rs 6.99 lakh for the E variant and goes up to Rs 10.49 lakh for the V(O). The table below shows all the prices announced so far. These are ex-showroom prices.

Each price is a starting price for that variant. The V(O) costs Rs 50,000 more than the V and is the new top variant. The E variant is listed only with the petrol manual. The V(O) is not listed with CNG. The Glanza continues to rival the Maruti Suzuki Baleno (Rs 5.99 lakh to Rs 9.99 lakh), the Hyundai i20 and i20 N Line (Rs 6 lakh to Rs 11.64 lakh) and the Tata Altroz (Rs 6 lakh to Rs 10.90 lakh).
2026 Toyota Glanza facelift design and colours
The 2026 Toyota Glanza facelift gets a larger front grille with honeycomb pattern on the lower section and a silver-finished surround. Satin trims can be seen on either side of the grille while a chrome strip runs between the headlamps. The Toyota logo has moved from the grille to the plastic trim below the edge of the bonnet. A radar module is also fitted at the front for the ADAS features.
The headlamps remain unchanged. Tthe LED fog lamps have been redesigned and are framed by angular bumper inserts. It also gets a gloss black lower lip and new side skirts. The side and rear designs remain mostly unchanged. The Glanza continues with 16-inch alloy wheels, chrome door handles and chrome window-line trim. At the rear, it retains the wraparound LED tail lamps, roof-mounted spoiler, rear wiper and washer. A shark-fin antenna is a new addition.
The Toyota Glanza facelift is available in seven colours: Cafe White, Enticing Silver, Gaming Grey, Insta Blue, Sportin Red, Bluish Black and Digital Teal Green. Bluish Black and Digital Teal Green are the new additions.
New Toyota Glanza interior and features
The New Toyota Glanza dashboard layout remains unchanged. However, a few new features have been added, including new leatherette upholstery, ventilated front seats, wireless phone charger with cooling vent underneath, and Clarion sound system with four speakers and two tweeters. The SUV also gets a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), which displays individual tyre pressure readings on the touchscreen. The V(O) variant adds Level 2 ADAS.
Other features include a 9-inch infotainment touchscreen, head-up display, analogue dials with a coloured multi-information display, Toyota i-Connect, automatic climate control, automatic headlamps, dual-tone interiors, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, Type-C and USB ports, 60:40 split rear seats, tilt and telescopic steering, steering-mounted controls, keyless entry with push-button start, power windows, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, cruise control, rear defogger and rear AC vents.
Safety features include six airbags, a 360-degree camera, rear parking sensors, hill-hold control, Vehicle Stability Control, ABS, EBD, traction control and an emergency stop signal. It also gets ISOFIX child-seat anchors, front seatbelts with pre-tensioners and force limiters, seatbelt reminders and emergency locking retractors
Level 2 ADAS on the Glanza V(O)
The facelifted Toyota Glanza V(O) is the only listed variant to get Level 2 ADAS. Its features include adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, lane departure warning, lane departure prevention, autonomous emergency braking and high beam assist.
2026 Toyota Glanza facelift engine and mileage
The Glanza now uses a new Z12E 1.2-litre 3-cylinder naturally aspirated engine. It replaces the 4-cylinder unit. It runs on petrol and on CNG, which Toyota markets as E-CNG. Both the manual and the AMT are 5-speed units. Toyota calls its AMT Intelligent Gear Shift. An AMT is a manual gearbox with an automatic clutch and gear shifts.

The Toyota Glanza facelift offers claimed mileage of 22.35 kpl for the petrol manual, 22.94 kpl for the petrol AMT and 30.61 km/kg for the CNG manual. A CNG AMT is also new. The petrol engine produces 7bhp and 1Nm less than the previous four-cylinder unit but gets an idle start-stop function to save fuel. In CNG mode, power drops by 7 hp, while torque increases by 4.5 Nm. Real-world mileage will be lower than the claimed figures.
