Skoda Auto India has started deliveries of the Kodiaq RS across the country. The flagship performance SUV was launched earlier this month at Rs 66.99 lakh (ex-showroom) as a completely built unit (CBU). Skoda says the first batch of 50 units was fully booked soon after bookings opened, and deliveries to customers are now underway.

The Kodiaq RS is Skoda's flagship SUV in India and is being sold as a completely built unit (CBU). The company imported only 50 units in the first batch, all of which were booked soon after launch. With deliveries of the first batch now underway, Skoda has yet to announce when the next batch of the Kodiaq RS will arrive in India. Buyers who missed the initial allocation will have to wait for the company's next update.
Skoda Kodiaq RS powertrain and performance
Powering the Kodiaq RS is a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 265 PS and 400 Nm of torque. It comes paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox and an all-wheel-drive system as standard. The SUV also gets Dynamic Chassis Control, adaptive suspension, and upgraded brakes for a sportier driving experience. Skoda claims the Kodiaq RS can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 6.3 seconds before reaching a top speed of 231 kmph.

New Skoda Kodiaq RS design and styling
The Kodiaq RS gets several styling updates over the standard model. On the outside, it features gloss black accents on the grille, window surrounds, ORVMs, roof rails, and D-pillar, along with a sportier front bumper with larger air intakes. It also gets a black rear diffuser, twin exhaust tips, 20-inch black alloy wheels, and red brake callipers. Inside, the cabin comes with black perforated leather upholstery, red contrast stitching, a three-spoke sports steering wheel, and aluminium pedals, giving it a more performance-focused look.
2026 Skoda Kodiaq RS features on offer
The Skoda Kodiaq RS is available in a single, fully loaded variant. It comes equipped with a 10.25-inch digital driver's display, a 12.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and a 725 W Canton sound system with 13 speakers and a subwoofer. Other highlights include ventilated and heated front sports seats with power adjustment and memory function, a panoramic sunroof, dual 15 W wireless chargers, and three-zone climate control. On the safety front, the SUV gets nine airbags, adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera, park assist, lane assist, blind spot detection, rear traffic alert, and front and side assist systems.
