Going by the name Rogue in the United States, the Nissan X-Trail is set to hit the Indian market soon. Although the car was first unveiled back in 2016 at the Indian Auto Expo, it is only now being readied for launch. It is expected that India will get the 3rd generation hybrid model of the X-Trail along with the regular diesel model. While the diesel variant house a 2.0L diesel engine, the hybrid model houses a 2.0L Naturally-Aspirated petrol engine that is backed up by an electric motor. Mated to this engine is a CVT or Continuously Variable Transmission gearbox system.

The second-gen Land Rover Range Rover Evoque is ready to take the Indian market by storm in the coming months and is currently being tested under camouflage. The first edition was one of the most used cars in the segment in India and the upcoming one should also do just as well. In terms of look, the Evoque 2019 resembles Range Rover Velar. Although it is considered as the brand’s entry-level SUV model, the Evoque is based on the latest Premium Traverse Technology which allows electrification of cars.
