  2. Enter your vehicle’s registration number, State, and RTO.

What is the Road Tax Penalty in Uttar Pradesh?

If you’ve failed to pay your road tax within the stipulated time, you will be penalised an additional 4% penalty on the due tax amount every month.

However, the amount will not be higher than double the net road tax amount. 

Note: If you do not pay the lifetime road tax, the penalty will be 1/10th of the tax amount every year.
